Shona is a sales and marketing manager with previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, spa, fashion and motor industry. She has a very strong passion for Digital Marketing and loves the endless possibilities it can provide business owners to scale big and really engage with their perfect customers.
Having previously completed a BA in Liberal Arts with French & Music in Mary Immaculate College, followed by a BB in Event Management & Public Relations in GMIT, Shona has a unique education background. Shona is currently undertaking a Masters in Digital Marketing with GMIT Castlebar. This mix of education has given her an insight into teaching, event management, marketing and public relations.
With previous experience working in PR, sales and marketing Shona brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with her particular interests lying in Social Media Management and growth, Brand Building and Public Relations. Áine is a digital marketing & social media enthusiast with a love for networking, both on and off-line. Instagram and Twitter are her favorite platforms and she is an active user of Canva, a popular app for developing images for various social media platforms.
After travelling the country for numerous digital marketing & social media events, she saw the need for something similar in Mayo. Connecting with like-minded people, they worked together & founded DMM. Aine is still as passionate about the mission now as she was when it was first set up in 2015.
Having a background in events, advertising & marketing, she’s worked in various roles both here & in the US. Remote working has offered her various opportunities & she is always eager to up skill & develop new connections, which led her to joining the Womens Inspire Network.
Also finding time to be an active member of global network JCI (Junior Chamber International), she was elected as 2020 JCI Mayo President. Here she enjoys working with multiple teams on various community & business projects, while developing personal development opportunities for members.

Turlough Rafferty is an MSc qualified technology professional with proven management experience in small to medium size companies. Turlough co-founded Promedia Presentation Design; now part of Proactive and Accapella Limited which merged into FotoNation. He then acted as General Manager of FotoNation, which was bought out by Tessera Technologies Inc. in 2008.
He is founder of Efficacy Software and worked as Operations Manager in the Innovation Hub in Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT). Turlough currently works in the role as Innovation Hub Manager at GMIT Mayo.
A graduate of NUI, Galway, GMIT and Dublin Institute of Technology, Turlough has been a recipient of European ICT Prize, the Information Technology Association of Galway (ITAG) Award and the Irish Digital Media Award.

Sarah is Social Media Manager for DMM, Marketing Manager at Westnet Broadband and co-founder/CEO of WeeveMedia, a young dynamic digital marketing company that has recently started business in Mayo. She helps businesses set up and run their social media pages so they can build nurture, engage and manage online communities to grow their business. She handles all event promotions ensuring there is lots of content for audiences to engage with to ensure maximum exposure for the business.
She has a love of all things Digital and is always on the lookout for new and interesting apps to help create relevant and engaging content. You can often find her out and about with her camera looking for content to engage audiences.
